Why do we people don't like DEATH - A Thread

We have studied many such incidents in Islamic history, when a really small group of Muslims got victory over a large army of disbelievers. Why didn't they fear death? The statements of many Sahabah RA and momineen are present in the record when they said :

"Death is salvation for us, an opportunity to meet the creator." You would've seen similar dialogues in TV series like Ertugrul / Osman etc.
Doesn't a question emerge in your mind, that why don't we think like them? Why do we love our life so much and Don't want to die?

Explanation: Consider a man who owns 2 plots of Land at different locations. On one plot, he has built a glamorous house with all luxurious things. On the other plot, there's almost nothing, just an old wrecked apartment.

Now think, which one would he prefer to live in? The first one, obviously. And if he is forced to leave the first one and go to the second one, he would never like it. He would like to live in the first one forever.

This luxurious house is DUNIYA :)
Think for a while.

We have built our duniya so much, but sadly, our preparation for aakhirah is nothing more than that wrecked apartment. So, whenever we'd be forced to leave this built Duniya, and go to the underrated aakhirah, we'd not like it.

So, if you want not to have regrets when you leave this world, don't forget to furnish and build that wrecked apartment called aakhirah. Build it so that you're always happily ready to go to that ultimate residence of yours JazakAllah

"This world is a prison for a believer, and a paradise for a non-believer."
