Between this squad to the one that finished 2nd under Rodgers, only 2 players were signed for £15m+ btw - Allen and Sakho.
This makes me think, Arsenal shouldn't sign a big name manager but should rather sign a midtable manager (Pochettino at Spurs/ Rodgers at Liverpool).
Someone who has never had big money to spend and won't spread negativity without Top 4 money (like Partey for 45m)

If they sign someone used to having big name players, which is what Arteta seems to be like, they're going to sign names like Willian, Auba, Luiz and big money signings like Partey.

At 75% success rate that's 16 signings. No big potential sales, so that's about 10m per player

Need a manager is comfortable with such a situation. Someone who sees a 20m signing in the same light as how LFC/MCFC/MUFC/CFC see a 60m signing.
