Why everything is so flat at arsenal. (A thread)

When Arteta started the chemistry with the players was great,there was fist pumping and hitting on the backside. If you look now it’s cold it’s almost like the players don’t give him eye contact. Almost like he has lost respect with the top players.

it seems like he has lost the dressing room. He froze out Ozil to prove a point and got Willian and he is hoping he will change but he won’t , willian has failed to create any chances and looks like a lost puppet and a shadow to himself than compared to when he was at Chelsea.

Is it because of the tactics, my views are that Arteta is a technical fifa player playing with 50 rated players. who do not get his tactics and that means his tactics are not applying to the players we have unlike at Man City where in every position every player was smart.

I suspect there is hard training that is making players try too hard and nobody is guaranteed a place meaning there is no fluidity when it comes to match days and players are not linking together very well which also goes back to why we are getting soo many training injuries...
