If this pandemic has shown us anything,its that we need each other to survive.Every single person that steps foot into the building where lives are saved and second chances are given,is an essential and valuable. Irrespective of degree,title,pay grade,

we all deserve to be respected, appreciated,and most importantly HEARD.Your input and opinions are as valuable as the person besides you.Your SAFETY and the safety of your family is JUST as important as the patient u serve
Every single day u put yourself and your families at risk

for something that can kill you,but you still show up. You still care. You still love. ⁣⁣
These times are telling of the fact that you’re not just a title or an assigned role, you’re a person with a family, with a life, and your dedication and sacrifice can never go unnoticed.

You WILL NOT BE SILENCED. ⁣⁣
⁣So,To the health worker who has been told they’ll be written up for not adhering to hospital policy. ⁣⁣⁣⁣

To the doctor who has worked 4, 5, 7 consecutive, 12 hour shifts.⁣⁣⁣⁣

To the lab scientist who had been living out of a motel to avoid infecting their family.⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣To the nurse who has been referred to as, “just a nurse.” ⁣⁣⁣⁣
To the pharmacist who is referred to as just a “pharm”
To the nurse in charge who has received 3 CPRs, a stroke,
