basically i would prefer to see more poets winning and being compensated, over everyone being on a queue to be that one poet who gets the lump sum.

make it a kind of fellowship. collect samples of the winners' works in an annual ebook anthology series. something like that sha. the more the merrier. not less, not scarcity, not hierarchy.
