Listened to @OwenJones84’s panel on antisemitism last night. I was struck by @Tania_Shew’s remarks on our Lobby investigation, she says that we should have chosen a different name for our series.
Out of curiosity, what does @Tania_Shew think we should have called our investigation into the highly organised and well funded community of pro-Israel actors in the U.K. and the USA? (Maybe we can consult @AIPAC’s website for inspiration). https://www.aipac.org/about
And - just my humble opinion! - is people’s general reluctance to call a spade a spade perhaps one of the reasons why the Left has become so vulnerable to these orchestrated and cynical manipulations of the past 5 years?
Once we have decided on a name that causes absolutely no offence to anyone, can we get on with the important job of exposing the people who cynically weaponise charges of anti-Semitism? I’m sure this job can be done without causing any offence, harm or hurt to anyone at all.

In the meanwhile, you can watch the Lobby USA, the series that offended so many people in the “pro-Israel community” before it ever saw the light of day! I wonder why that is...
