Black Swan, founded by @IntegraTherapy embodies indigenous approaches to disrupt dominant narratives towards health & wellbeing. Black Swan will deliver a Wellness to Work project addressing challenges of Black people living with LTCS, barriers to employment & structural racism.
Katakata is a community hub, restaurant & arts venue in Brixton. Their project will create a network of Black social entrepreneurs; providing employment, support & stability through nested interventions to enable growth of skills, confidence & connections! https://www.katakatabrixton.com/ 
Paws & Pause is a social enterprise dog day care! They look after people’s dogs, whilst also delivering traineeships for people in long term unemployment due to mental illness and/or substance addiction. 🐕🐶
CS Coaching & Development will support Black parents of at-risk Lambeth secondary school students. The project aims to build parents' aspirations & confidence to improve their employment opportunities. This will increase both parental & student engagement. https://www.carolshepherd.co.uk/ 
@A2idyslexia will deliver an online programme for Black Lambeth residents with dyslexia & other learning differences, facing barriers to training & employment. They will offer 1:1 support, workshops & career coaching, as well as some funded Dyslexia & Workplace Needs Assessments!
Ms. Unique’s Sew Along project will support Black people with LTCs, who face barriers to employment, to participate in weekly sewing classes. They will be taught how to use a sewing machine & have the opportunity to create & sell their own products. 🧵🪡

@Ubeleinitiative will empower Black domino clubs members to develop employability skills & create social entrepreneurship opportunities via local social action projects. They will also create a systems map to further understand the employment landscape for Black people in Lambeth
Consciously Creating Success & Health is a radical self-care & trauma-sensitive programme to support Black people in work, living with LTCs. Delivered by Ulanah Morris, CCSH will focus on practising stress management & mindfulness techniques for mental & physical well-being.🙌🏾
