solidarity with @YvesRees who is being targeted by anti-trans hate groups. These groups are known to direct their members to harass particular targets without disclosing their affiliations. If this was an accurate reflection of community opinion, I'd be getting the same pushback
perhaps not the same numbers of replies, but a similar proportion of my overall interaction. Same for other people who've publicly commented on this issue. It's so obvious.
this is not to deny that transphobia is a broad community problem! It is. But this kind of obsessive hate is the product of a very, very small group of people trying to look much bigger.
anyway like... i can SEE that i only get transphobic replies when @YvesRees RTs me you fucking knobs, and that they all say the same thing! i wasn't born yesterday
if they pick up on this they might try to diversify their targets and if so i am sorry. any new targets will almost certainly be trans and/or a man, it won't be me
