one thing that has been surprisingly helpful for me during quarantine has been developing a regular cleaning schedule. the upside is that I feel some agency/control over my environment and it gives my hands something to do, the downside is I'm running out of stuff to clean.
a few observations: dr bronner's SalSuds is about the only cleaning product I really need, the oCedar spinny mop is even better than you've heard, I already had a monthly routine to clean the dishwasher filter/run cleaner on the hottest cycle & clean the disposal, all worthwhile
also if you have a Dyson vacuum: consider replacing the beater bar & clutch head assembly (fairly cheap online), but definitely replace the so-called "permanent" HEPA filter. I did the bar & head first but you will be SHOCKED at how much better the machine runs with a new filter.
I also redid our oven door gasket and got the controller refurbed but that's outside the purview of cleaning I suppose
