Having worked in shoes for 3 years combined between college and post college, I learned a lot about shoes and how they can affect training. Here's some of what I learned and how you can add it to your assessment.

3. "Cool" comfortable shoes that teenagers wear are typcially NOT supportive for cross training

5. Running shoes do NOT give support for people training in multiple directions, they are good for going straight
