I just got back from the Red House eviction barricade breakdown and clean up. Some before and after pictures here:
And here is another look.
There was evidence in the graffiti of some conflicts that occurred within the eviction protest. Namely, between folks who wanted to tag buildings inside and "security" folks, some of whom shot at graffitting people with paintball guns.
The barricades were never tested by police but at their greatest extent were quite impressive.
This is probably my favorite picture of the barricades. All gone now of course.
