The more I see all the negativity about a Bears win, I think that if the impossible happens and the Bears win out and make the playoffs after going 2-5 under Foles and 4-2 following Trubiskys return, it shows that Pace's part of the roster building may not have been the issue

but instead the coaching staff failure has led to the Bears offensive struggles throughout this season. Even making the playoffs and/or winning a playoff game shouldn't absolve Nagy of his issues with this roster and how his lack of flexibility and accountability have lead to

some terrible offensive performances over this season and coaching malpractice of how young players on this roster (Mustipher, Bars, Mooney, Monty, Kmet, Trubisy) were misused for the vast majority of this season. Nagy has been the biggest issue and he should not return in 2021.
