As a parent of 2 kids, I am consistently amazed at the ageless nature of emotional management strategies.
What works for kids nearly always works for adults;
& What works for adults, nearly always works for kids.

There are certainly more refined strategies that require a bit more developmental maturity & awareness.
But even the majority of these rely upon a baseline practice of the ageless, foundational ones.
