Hydro, Goddess of Justice: those who have strong ideals of what's 'right' and devote themselves to upholding those ideals (e.g. Mona refusing to use astronomy to earn a quick buck, Xingqiu sort of being fuerdai Robin Hood)
Can't confirm anything for Ganyu and Ayaka (both Cryo) but we know at least that Ganyu is a devout believer of Rex Lapis, so she's at least confirmed to a devoted personality; Ayaka is the princess of her family House, but I don't think we know anything else?

Let me add something about Cryo: I came up with "passion" as the word comes from Latin "pati", which means "to suffer"โall of them suffered, but at the same time show extreme devotion towards "the issue" (Qiqi-insisting on life, CY-positivity, Kaeya- Diluc, Diona-her dad)
Then I found it odd that Qiqi's character story so specifically mentions "love", and Kaeya and Diona both suffer due to love as well....
