I’m often told that I’m known as “the guy who says Trump is going to prison.” This must mean that no other pundits are saying it. That’s sad, considering how obvious it is that he’s going to prison in New York. But most pundits are too afraid of getting ahead of the narrative.
To be clear, every pundit (on both sides) knows Trump is going to prison in New York. An eighth grader could draw a straight line from the grand jury news to state prison. But it'll take time for him to end up caged.
In the meantime, the dumbest people (on both sides) keep insisting that because Trump isn't in prison yet, he'll never be in prison, therefore any pundit who says Trump is going to prison must be wrong. This is idiocy, but it's the kind of pushback that pundits are afraid of.
