How to hear God
This is for you if you are a Christian and hearing God seem to be abstract or difficult or unattainable for you...
That God speaks to you isn't the problem... the issue is can you hear?
If you are born again, it means that you are now a son or a daughter of God

That God speaks to you isn't the problem... the issue is can you hear?
If you are born again, it means that you are now a son or a daughter of God
And that automatically brings you into a state of relationship where God is very interested in talking to you, just like a mother talks to her child whether a baby (even if he or she doesn't understand as such) or a matured child.
So to 'start' to hear God... you must first understand that even though you may not have been conscious about it... God started to speak to you right from the day you became born again (some times, if not all the time, even before)
Understand and know that you have been (and are being) spoken to by God already...
Once this is established... You can now consider the different ways that God speaks to people...
It includes:
1. The Word (Bible)
2. The inward witness
3. The inward Voice

Basically, the major way we are all to hear from God is through our inward witness... (Romans 8:16)
And one of the easiest way to understand and walk consistently in this dimension of hearing God is simply understanding that has a Christian...

Three kinds of voice speaks to you inwardly :
1. The voice of the devil by the way of temptation and lust
2. The voice of your own reasoning I.e Your thinking
3. The voice of the Holy Spirit I.e God speaking within you through the inward witness

So the number three (3) makes the difference between when you were not born again and after you are born again...
And this is understood by the fact there are several times that certain thoughts "flashed" or came into your heart/mind from "Nowhere"
