When u launch a brand:

1.) Fuck QuickBooks; have 2 credit cards: 1 for personal, 1 for that brand (should be a 2% cash back w/4-5k limit)

2.) Worry about mo sales tax & quarterly/annual LLC tax filing

3.) Prototyping is mad expensive

4.) Freight is mad expensive (samples)
5.) PayPal takes a huge cut % wise when paying VAs

6.) U don't need self-storage but it's not, not worth investing in (read that again)

7.) Buy a 4x6 label printer

8.) Don't pay a photographer, it's not that hard

9.) Ur life depends on testing multiple suppliers
10.) Optimize Klaviyo flows & get subscribers

11.) Have a video editor VA

12.) This is the most fun u'll have LOSING $$ (investment wise)

13.) Figure out a rapid-testing & rapid-prototyping system next launch
