2. The many remarkable and talented business leaders and entrepreneurs who were set to tell their stories during the #EuropeIranBusinessForum, and the thousands of participants who were reaching out to find partnership and support across borders, deserve their space.
3. It is incumbent on European and Iranian political leaders to create these spaces *as part of* avowed commitments to human rights.

They must ensure that dialogue on HR and economic diplomacy are mutually reinforcing.
