"Whataboutism" is a propaganda tactic developed by the Soviet Union. It was given that name by our CIA. It is the go-to now for the GOP.

...when subpoenaed for information, Kemp refused to produce it. But there was enough that there was fraud - by the GOP.

So, There was evidence of fraud, YET Abrams conceded by saying it was shameful that Kemp did WHAT HE DID.
