Administering labor contracts is a monumental drain on union coffers, member dues, time and energy of both staff and member volunteers... the accelerating bureaucracies and their control of the process appears at the continual pleasure of management.

Our dues cannot purchase enough time needed for the all day parking. Our solidarity is slowly chipped away as our leadership falls further into this maintenance trap, distracted from the real power in our collective numbers.

And the legislative angle... the trust we place in the political process of a system rigged for benefit of first come first serve owner rulers? My heart bleeds from the results of the stagnancy. We have so much further to go beyond the trench warfare we have dug ourselves into.

We are running out of time... We have an unjust system to conquer and an earth to save.
