Most folks new to $ALPP are not even aware of the deal that Alpine4 struck with Lincoln Park Capital Fund to raise future funds IF Alpine4 deemed funds necessary.

I don't know if they will ever use this option, but it has to be the sweetest funding deal I've ever seen!

I had figured that Alpine4 had left the small amount of $ALPP stock available in the A/S for this purpose.

If/when Alpine4 ever decides to use this agreement,
the shares would be locked up & the PPS of $ALPP would rocket. This is simply a HUGE win win!

Again, I have no idea whether Alpine4 will ever use this trump card. They may not need to.

But, if they come up with ANOTHER stellar company they would like to acquire and add to the Alpine4 family, this option, and therefore the funds, are there!

$ALPP is a true winner!

and grateful - to own when looking back 6 months or a year from now...

Alpine4 IS that company
and $ALPP is that stock.

So NO.... it is NOT too late to make money.

Sure $ALPP may go up & down on any given day.

The low A/S & almost maxed out O/S is how legend stocks are made.

I don't care what other folks think or say.
