I got an email from a parent in North Carolina that wants to relocate to Philly and ensure their trans daughter has a safe school.

How neat would it be if @PHLschools had a full-time staff member whose role is to ensure there is a safe climate in every school?

I just don't have the ability or capacity or time to do this work WELL, but I'm the only person remotely reachable that has a clear connection to this topic!

There needs to be clear info about how/if schools support LGBTQ kids. I shouldn't have to guess based on anecdotal info.
