BORSCH THREAD

This is a very simple soup modeled after my moms so it's essentially just pork broth, beets (cut on the thicker side rather than shredded, and shredded cabbage.

I'm not really a soup making guy so we'll see how she fuckin goes boys

Time to become a hocks-a posadist

(1 kilogram of pork hocks)
Two kilos of ribs, in manageable pieces
An onion
Bay leaves, black peppercorns
Coming up to a boil now

Pulled some out, seasoned it, did a taste

It's really fucking nice
Onions out, continuing to bare simmer
Broth done
Beets, cabbage, pork in
