Today, why not practice a bit of self-care? It isn't something we always make time for, but it is important and can improve our overall wellbeing. Stuck for ideas? Here's some examples:


Today, why not practice a bit of self-care? It isn't something we always make time for, but it is important and can improve our overall wellbeing. Stuck for ideas? Here's some examples:
- watch an episode of your favourite TV/favourite movie
- if you like a bit of luxury, paint your nails, put on a face mask, take a bubble bath

- if you're having a particularly busy Sunday, take a mindful 5-minutes away from everything, to sit comfortably and focus only on your breathing
- read some poetry, a short story, a few pages of a novel, for 15 minutes, with no pressure to do anything else instead
- cook a nutritious (but yummy!) meal for yourself with some tasty fruit or veg

- play a game, whether a board game with someone else or a solo video/phone game
- wrap up and go outside for ten minutes of fresh air
