All rivalries and beef aside if Liverpool signed a player of Reece James’ completeness and versatility (in both the 6 and RB positions) that would be really useful.

This first XI is probably the best lineup the team would be able to put out with Reece James sitting comfortably on the bench, a player of his quality would do wonders in the winter when the benches get cold.
Another possible lineup we could field. Weaker than the first one fielded which is why James has a bigger role to play. Neco Williams is smaller so his bench would need extra warming so James would have to work twice as hard in this setup.
A 4-2-3-1 formation not only suits Minamino but when the players are rested and Trent and Robbo etc can come in, Reece James will continue to perform his crucial role and only success can come from this.
