Healthcare family...

For your situational awareness, this week alone MULTIPLE healthcare professionals who have been posting information about COVID, vaccines, masks, etc have been terminated, threatened, and/or harassed.

So I wanted to raise some important points while also
encouraging folks to speak out.

1) Folks are clearly scared of the truth. They are threatened by facts that do not fit into their deluded views. People who feel this was have the potential to be dangerous because they feel vindicated/justified/patriotic in their behavior. Be
aware of the environment we are all in now. This is public social media. Maintain good situational awareness online.

2) Speak the truth. Educate. Be respectful. Choose your words very carefully. But speak the truth regardless.

3) Do not kick the hornets nest. Now is not the
time to be cavalier with interactions. These are dangerous times for all of us in this field on many levels. Within reason and the best of your ability, avoid confrontations if you can.

4) Employers, trolls, and people who would potentially wish you harm are watching. Keep that
fact tucked in the back of your mind when you post.

5) Now as much as ever, engage in good basic on and offline security measures. Maintain situational awareness. Change your passwords. Google yourself and see what information is available.

6) If being on social media is not
a priority now, go private, take a break, or deactivate for a few weeks until things die down. Your safety and security is paramount.

Long story short... the world is wild these days. Healthcare professionals are being targeted by multiple parties who do not have our best
interests at heart. Do what is right for you with your own safety in mind. If that is speaking out, do it wisely. If it is taking a break, enjoy your peace and tile away. Plenty of us happy to hold the baton while you rest.

Sending love, empathy, respect to those in our
community being harmed. You have my support.

Fwiw, I’ve been through some awful stuff... if you’re in a crisis related to any of the issues above, please feel free to hit me up. Happy to support you if I can.

It takes a team. We will walk through this together. 🙌🏻🙏
