How to create a strong resume?

Here are some tips.

🧵👇
▶️ Your resume should show how you have added value and solved problems at every company you list.

▶️ Don't make your resume too long. Use preferably one page, but at max 2 pages.

▶️ Each bullet on your resume should start with a positive action verb.
▶️ Correct verb tense should be used. If it's a past job, all verbs should be past tense.

▶️ There should be absolutely no misspellings or grammatical errors. Use a tool like Grammarly to check for mistakes.
▶️ Make sure that the reader wants to know you more after reading your CV. Add something unique and memorable that defines you as a person.

▶️ Your experience section should clearly detail results and accomplishments using numbers wherever possible.
▶️ Your resume should have a summary section at the very top that shows that you meet (part) of the requirements of the job.

▶️ Use a professional, plain font and make it easy to read.
SECRET TIP🤫🔥

Do you wanna beat the automatic system that scans resumes and make sure you get highlighted?

Copy job description keywords and add these at the bottom of your resume in white.
Unnoticeable for the eye, but a scan would highlight you, possibly increasing the chance someone actually reads your resume.

USE WITH CAUTION.❗️

Some employers might not appreciate this at all, while others can see the fun in this and will appreciate your creativity 😂
