The Burnaby RCMP continues to twist, lie and release a story that vilifies Black people. The Security followed the alumn after already asking to verify his ID which he did then tried to force him to leave the Dining Hall which he had every right to order food from.

The police then proceeded to escalate the situation using pepper spray until he was in pain and disoriented, and left to try and defend himself from being tasered. He was later brought to the hospital where he was treated to remove the electrode from his skull.

Again, prior to this, SFU Security admitted that there was no need to escalate the situation the day before but instead yesterday decided that the police must be called.

PS: He was not detained under the Mental Health Act and was discharged. He is now recovering in privacy.
