What do we mean by this
as it relates to XRP ?

We could debate that for days until eventually agreeing to disagree
A better question would be What will be its primary UTILITY in the new digital economy ? As you know my model illustrates XRP as the source of all liquidity so by no means do I intend to minimize its value but

it has not yet assumed its
role ... regrettably we will not see real price appreciation until there is institutional investment or the digital asset is secured by another form of value verified by a price feed which is coincidentally the function of the Flare Time Series Oracle

The price is currently depreciating due to liquidity being removed by those who see the future UTILITY of the Spark token and the Flare ecosystem.. but believe XRP will be dumped
This is usually the result of maximalist thinking

They believe their favorite digital asset will become THE ONE World Currency
And yet countries are creating their own
CBDC/ Digital as we speak
Based on their recent moves it is obvious to me Ripple is positioning itself using XRP as a line of credit to fintech companies

such as Coil , Polygon , and Flare Networks
In my opinion XRP will not be used to facilitate retail cross-border payments as a use case
( Stellar )
For those who own it ,
once the system is fully implemented and interoperable you'll be able to spend it at the interface level

But in the background it will surely be passed off to another asset within the system making the process seamless
We are in the public construction stage
The intention is for us to grow with it and perhaps one day be the future teachers and leaders
in the space
