why they induce anxiety:

some people get anxeity over repitive things, like sounds, touch, or even images. that includes layouts!

people with a fear of change might panic because theyre bad at dealing with change, or it scares them

with a lot of people changing their layouts at once, it can be extremely confusing to recognize people, or if you dont know whats going on, you dont know where to start looking

some alternatives:
- putting a symbol in your dn! like a '4' if someone hit 4 mil
- using a twibbon! this is a great way to show your celebrating something without completely changing your layout
- congradulate them! you can always make a tweet @ ing them <3
- make some art! celebration art is always rlly pog :)
