Shocking COVID stat:

~1 out of every 500 residents in New Jersey dead.
In Australia just ~1 in 28,500 dead and they have close to zero cases now.

In New Zealand it’s ~1 in 200,000 dead.
If New Jersey was a country it would be the deadliest per capita for COVID on Earth.

Just a shocking COVID stat:
About *1 out of every 110* residents 65+ in New Jersey dead.
That’s not 1% of *cases.* It’s nearly 1% of all seniors in the state.

Vast majority in 1st wave but now in 2nd wave.
If the rest of the county catches up to New Jersey - and the Dakotas just might get there? - we’d have 660,000 COVID deaths.
