How can we make the Eatwell Guide more culturally appropriate & ethnic-specific for individuals from different ethnic groups?

I have an idea in mind & a draft outline of the Eatwell guide tailored to the UK African & Caribbean population. Who can I speak to? (1/3) @PHE_uk
I also know dietetic colleagues from different ethnic backgrounds like South Asian backgrounds who are willing to provide some insight on how the Eatwell Guide can be adapted to inform healthier eating choices in their community (2/3) @PHE_uk
I believe this is possible. The Vegan Eatwell Guide was launched earlier this year, which provides population healthy eating guidelines for vegans. We should do something similar for population groups from different ethnic backgrounds too. (3/3)
