i havent seen the new niji episode or anything about it but i can say with confidence than none of u have ever interacted with any human beings in ur life
so i watched it and i kind of understand all sides that im seeing from this shit show yall are pulling right now
1. so my first point is where i saw the argument start. viewers discomfort. thats totally normal
to put in perspective, of example: have u ever had a friend drop something heavy on u without warning? u just wanted to chill and then they straight up start crying at u?

that shit is uncomfortable, for both parties involved
i, too, have abandonment issues and have been the one to say "please dont leave me" and also have had it said so me. its not rly a nice feeling for either end. u feel like u have an obligation and that sucks

u werent gonna leave them, ofc u wouldnt bc theyre ur friend. u feel like they dont trust u now
this is just an example, mind you, one that relates to the scene but isnt exactly how it happened in the show
as a viewer it felt uncomfortable bc ive experienced that in all fronts

2. the ppl saying "its almost like shes showing real human emotions"
yes, they are! and so are the viewers. every viewer has a different reaction, and they all are normal reactions to have

you are the people who relate to the character with abandonment issues, yes? thats fine! its nice to see an accurate character portrayal that you can relate to
whats NOT nice is yelling at people for feeling different to you
whats NOT nice is yelling at people for feeling different to you
most of u (from what ive seen) are ADULTS and ur acting like NINE year olds bc someone stole ur toy
thats not what happened at all
again, viewers have different perspectives, so stop putting words into other peoples mouths for having different reactions

3. NO ONE is saying they hate ayumu bc of this portrayal
where on earth did u get that from
where on earth did u get that from
4. bush*road only knows how to write 5 tropes and it seems like theyre getting better at writing them with every franchise
this particular one has happened before in sunshine and revstar
they both felt unprompted and were revealed suddenly at different levels

they both felt unprompted and were revealed suddenly at different levels
i can understand how ppl took this particular one so severely to the rest
5. "ayumu is abusive"
girl, no, what. i aint seen anyone actually say this and yall like to put words in ppls mouths so im not 100% sure ppl r actually callin her abusive
girl, no, what. i aint seen anyone actually say this and yall like to put words in ppls mouths so im not 100% sure ppl r actually callin her abusive
ayumu is 15 or whatever and feels lost and disconnected bc her best friend told someone else smth significantly important before she told her
teenagers are dumb as fuck and dont know how to interact with others or fully understand their emotions just yet. please dont ever interact with a teenager if this is how ur response is gonna be instead of educating them and possibly helping them seek therapy if they need it
6. the yandere trope
man SHUT UP. wanting to attach to someone is not "being a yandere"
it has a very miniscule overlap, sure, but thats not what this is
making yandere AUs? sure, whatever. but if this is ur sole reason bc u think "its yandere"
do some soul searching dude

7/end. yall need to interact with real human beings more often and stop projecting onto strangers on the internet over a cartoon character. this year has been tough, moreso for those with mental trauma
if someones opinion rly causes u so much discomfort: BLOCK. THEM. The block function is there for a reason, yall. use it as liberally as u see fit, or dont, im not ur dad i cant tell u what to do
all im sayin is dont treat people like garbage
all im sayin is dont treat people like garbage
u can even choose to block me for this same reason, again, im not ur dad and im not telling u what to do. i just think everyone is blowing this put of proportion because ur all feeling very sensitive right now
again, its ok to feel sensitive, just dont be a dickhead
