But if the company has genuinely taken a financial beating this year what else could you put on the negotiating table?

Some ideas 🧵
1 — Could you have the option to work from home added to your contract to enjoy the benefits this brings long term?

2 — How about an increase in your annual paid holiday allowance?

3 — Or an upgrade in title (which might aid a job search 😉)
4 — Perhaps suggest a paid course that would benefit you and the company (which of course should be completed on company time)?
5 — Is there someone from senior management you respect? Would a mentorship program have value to you?

6 — How about pitching a bonus scheme linked to performance or a small % of the companies profits?
You are a valuable asset to your employer so keep pushing to be rewarded as such 👊
