NOW: A crowd of 1,000+ has gathered at the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court to protest the presidential election.
Some of the protestors are currently saying the Lord’s Prayer while holding rosaries in the air.
Others are calling for small government and an end to communism.

NOW: Black Lives Matter protestors are berating DC Police Chief Peter Newsham at 16th and K Streets NW.
Chief Newsham has been answering questions from the crowd for the last five minutes.

DC Police now breaking up a small group of Proud Boys and a larger group of Black Lives Matter near the American Legion building on K Street NW.

DC Police just assisted an injured female officer as she limped her way outside of the counter-protest zone. The officer appeared to have tears in her eyes.

It's now raining in DC. This could quell the clashes that have been causing havoc in DC for the last five hours.
I just witnessed a Proud Boy knock an anti-Trump protestor off his bicycle and to the ground in front of the Capital Hilton. This was the scene that followed...
The cyclist told me he is a DC resident. He was shaken up but uninjured.

•two DC officers with NLT injuries
