If you're considering a COVID-19 surveillance and mitigation program, here's helpful language from the EEOC permitting employers to test for SARS-CoV-2 (but not antibodies), mandate masks, perform temperature checks, etc.

This is a little tangential, but if you're a university, research institution, hospital, etc. considering a COVID-19 surveillance program, think about setting up a Quality Improvement (QA/QI) project, instead of going with a Human Subjects study.
