There were a few reasons why I didn't agree with the timing of Garry Monk and his staff getting the bullet.

It happened, and when it was TP, I was happy.

But, so far, I'm not liking what I'm seeing and I'm disagreeing with a lot of what he says. Which is unlike me.

#swfc let Garry Monk and co recruit this summer. To bring players who fit his style & profile.

We all knew it would be tough. & shit went south when we took injuries to key men.

Then we turn unbeaten Bournemouth over and keep a clean sheet. Follow it up with a 0-0 vs Millwall
Players were coming back. Results picked up.

But we fire him and his staff, with the new coaches being here what two month?

We then bring a manager who plays differently and wants a different profile of player and he's effectively forced to put square pegs in round holes #swfc
There hasn't and never will be a plan or a strategy at #swfc.

It's one of the key reasons why the club is sliding towards League One.

I've always said it's like people (chairman and Amadeu) are playing at running a football club.

We're wingin' it, and we're wingin' it badly.
Recruitment is the major issue at #swfc. And no, not the business we did in the summer.

We effectively had to do the business we did in the summer because of the shite recruitment processes in the past.

Bad decisions have caught up with us and taken their toll.

Not trading properly. Not selling players. Paying massive wages. Then having to recover losses by putting prices up.

Reckless is how I'd describe it. Reckless and out of touch of reality.

And it's driven us to this point.

#swfc used to be a club people were proud of. Yeah, there have been a lot of shit times, but it's a second home for a lot of people.

Now, it's at the point where people are apathetic. The defeats don't hurt. It's all a bit meh.

It doesn't feel like our club anymore.
