But here in Brazil, with a high contact with the biggest colony of Japanese people we related to both thoughts. Elders had their prejudice, younglings saw how japanese culture oriented well the companies. Animes came before it went USA, through Mexico.
So we kind of look to Cyberpunk and saw a future that could be even nice in a cultural standard. Kind of the roll of the wheel, taking the place of USA oriented cultural thought and put Japanese/Asian in the place.
It's really nice to see how two peoples could related to the same ideas in different and similar levels and at the same point, going to differents major thoughts.
