We learned that if you give people pretend comfy chairs, they will sit in them. (I lost my screenshots of the space when it was active, unfortunately).

We had four parallel tracks running (via pre-recorded videos, which will be posted publicly in the future).

The Individual Track Room layout…
When a video was scheduled to be played, the curtains opened, and attendees were prompted to watch via a link sent in the http://Gather.Town . Tables at the back are private spaces for discussion that won't interrupt other attendees.

We added a Social Space, but I don't think it was used very much. The whole place was a "social space".
BTW, each of these white circles was surrounded by a private chat area (cone of silence?), along with all the posters.
We also had a Work Room with whiteboards. Didn't get used much, but it's a nice room :)
