Do you think General Flynn's confidence is that high because he is relying exclusively on the civilian judicial system to deliver justice?

Did we forget what General Flynn and his family have been put through by judges, lawyers, and government prosecutors?
You hear it everywhere...

TIME'S UP! IT'S OVER! TRUMP FAILED US! ALL FOR NOTHING! EVERYTHING HAS BEEN CAPTURED!
Perhaps that last realization is the most important...

Has President Trump been working tirelessly to preserve the Republic or to recapture and restore it?
The United States of America has been a captured nation for a long time in different degrees.

President Trump hasn't been battling against an insurgency.

President Trump IS the insurgency.
Nonetheless the hysteria continues...

BUT IT'S OVER! WHAT OPTIONS ARE THERE? WHAT IS THE PLAN? I'M TOTALLY OVER THIS 5D CHESS AND SUN TZU NONSENSE! I'M FREAKING OUT
I don't know what the plan is, but I know there is a plan.

Whatever plan that exists cannot be served by fearful whining and dejected surrender.
President Trump will never surrender. He does not escalate until giving even his enemies every chance to make the right decision. Only if denied by all possible legislative and judicial avenues will stronger remedies and powers be deployed.
Even if SCOTUS denying the Texas suit for lack of standing is the end of the judicial pathway (it's not) and even if the state legislatures abandon their Constitutional authority in regard to electors the fight isn't finished.

But it does escalate.
I know there is a plan for this scenario. To think otherwise is foolish. However, I don't know what that looks like. Everyone should be ready.

President Trump will never surrender our nation to enemies foreign and domestic.

ADDENDUM: Calling for elected representatives to not be seated because their support of @realDonaldTrump amounts to treason and sedition is but a taste of the acrimony and vengeance that would be brought to bear against the President and his supporters...
Concluding that there are no viable strategies remaining rests on the assumption that President Trump, knowing very well the schemes of his enemies and what they are capable of, is content with such an outcome.

He is not. No patriot is.
