A lot of discussion about maternity care so I will now air a frustration
If a person was in hospital for any other reason other than LABOUR/BIRTH/SECTION would they be expected to endure the levels of pain women in those situations are?

Women are sharing story after story of their pain being down played
It should be no different. Pain relief until pain is controlled just as anyone else in hospital would be offered.

It is absolutely not OK to treat birthing women differently with regards to pain relief

Stop labelling them as (these are just some I’ve heard):
- anxious
- low pain threshold
- troublesome
- not coping
