So while Trump’s cases were winding there way thru, TX jumped in out of nowhere from the top ropes. Trump and half the players in the country jumped in to help with the killshot. Sadly it fell short. But. Now. Instead of SCOTUS twiddling there thumbs and waiting for Trump’s
cases and docs to arrive, they now have briefs from all of Trump’s supporters, from Trump, and have the entire battery of the CheatStates’ legal arguments to chew on. Which they’re only permitted to chew on because TX used its State VIP badge to get Trump’s entire case to SCOTUS
Which is big. By the time Trump’s cases get to SCOTUS, they’ll be distilled down to a couple very nuanced legal issues, not necessarily the core facts. So SCOTUS would never be asked to even look at a fact intense trial brief like TX forced them to. So. Silver linings.
Happy warriors.
