Average male human brains weigh 10% more than female human brains at any given age. This seems to be roughly 1 standard deviation of brain mass.

IQ (or g) is just a principal component of mental ability, which is multidimensional - it has a dimension for any test you can to come up with, and the male-female difference depends on how you weight different dimensions.

If you care a lot about mental rotation, then men will look better.
