Yuvraj scored his maiden ODI century (102* from 85 balls) against Bangladesh at Dhaka on 11 April 2003.
He second ODI hundred (139 runs from 122 balls) with 16 fours and two sixes - against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Yuvraj scored his third ODI century (110 runs from 114 balls) against the West Indies at Colombo during the 2005 Indian Oil Cup triangular series in Sri Lanka.
Yuvraj scored his 4th ODI Century (120 off 124 balls) in the final round-robin match against Zimbabwe at Harare helping India recover from 36/4 to successfully chase down a target of 251 during the Videocon Cup Triseries,2005.
Yuvraj Scored his 5th ODI Century(103 off 122) in the first ODI against South Africa at Hyderabad to take India from 35/5 to a respectable total of 249/9, and won the man of the match award despite South Africa winning the game by 5 wickets.
Yuvraj Scored his 6th ODI Ton ( 107 off 93 balls) vs Pakistan and helped India comfortably chase down a target of 287 forming a Partnership of 146 runs with MSDhoni.
Yuvraj smashed his 7th ODI century(103 off 76 balls) in the third ODI of England’s tour of India in 2006 propelled India to a magnificent 3-0 lead in the seven-match series. He also won his 12th ‘Man of the Match’ awards in ODIs.
Yuvraj Scored his 8th ODI hundred (121 off 118 balls) vs Australia, in the 2007 series. Alas it was in a losing cause as he ran out of partners at the other end to chase down Australia's mammoth target.
Yuvraj scored his 9th ODI Ton (138 off 78 balls) vs England. He came into bat in the 24th over and diffused England’s touring attack with 64-ball 
. Strapped around his stomach, Yuvraj fought back issues to smash 16 fours and 6 sixes.
Yuvraj scored his 10th ODI century in the same series and scored (118 off 122 balls) on a tough Indore pitch with India 3 down for just 29. One of my personal favorite innings of Yuvi.
Yuvraj scored his 11th ODI Ton vs Srilanka (117 of 95 balls) . He and Virender Sehwag (the other centurion) smashed the likes of Murali and Mendis and India won the game by 147 runs.
Yuvraj scored his 12th ODI Century vs West Indies ( 131 off 102 balls ) at Sabina Park, Jamaica in 2009. India had sent a relatively inexperienced side on the Tour and he made up for the absence of Key Players with a blistering knock.
Yuvraj scored his 13th ODI Ton (113 off 123 balls) during the WC 2011 v WI. He was seen throwing up on the field multiple times but that didn’t halt the southpaw to score runs. One of the bravest Innings on a cricket field.
Yuvraj scored his Final ODI hundred vs England (150 off 127 balls) Reeling at 25/3, all hopes relied on Yuvraj-Dhoni to revive their chemistry. They did not disappoint and stitched a 256 run Partnership to win India the game.
