I have just wasted away my time analyzing and deciphering the most recurring storyboard artists/episode directors (including OPs and EDs) in MHA with pure science and razor precision, and here's the results
might do a thread on what EPs they worked on and some of their highlights

ok yeah i'm definitely doing a thread i'm in that mood
In 1st place as the most recurring SB artist with a whopping 16 episodes under his belt, we have Shinji Ishihira
He did like one episode in S1 and a few in S2 (and S4), and then did a shitzillion for S3, most notably both of the All Might vs AFO episodes (#48-49) back-to-back

2nd place is a tie, so this post will zero in on Kō Matsuo, with 11 episodes to his name
Like Ishihira to S3, he did a LOT of S2's storyboards although doing only an episode each for S1 and 3, though personally I'd say his peak so far has been his SB for S4E4 (#67)

Moving on to other 2nd place Shinji Satō, who SB'd 10 episodes and OP5 (which totals as 11 SBs), including both S2E10 and S3E23
Bit of a shame he only did 2 episodes in S4 though, but it be like that sometimes (also lmao at those melty drawings in that OP5 screencap)

Another tie for 3rd place, and our first entry is Ken Ōtsuka
Ōtsuka did a lot of action SBs for S2, some of the strongest in the show (S2E17 was so good I gave it 2 screencaps because I can)

Our other #3 is our series (now chief as of S4) director Kenji Nagasaki
Nagasaki SB'd S1E1-2, S2's premiere, S3's finale (which he also directed), as well as OPs 1 & 3 and ED 1 (all of which were collaborations with another SB artist in some way)

4th place isn't a tie, thank goodness, and it goes to Naomi Nakayama
Nakayama's an interesting case because she's only actually SB'd 3 proper episodes for the series, so she's up here because she also SB'd and directed three EDs (2, 4 and 5)

5th place, yet another tie, and first up is Takashi Kawabata himself
Only 4 episodes under his belt, all of them bangers (S4E13 co-storyboarded with current SD Masahiro Mukai who's also great), as well as the seventh OP, which is the most visually inspired of them all thus far

The other #5 and the last entry out of our SB artists goes to Tomo Ōkubo, with 5 episodes
Despite doing more directing than storyboards, most of Ōkubo's SBs have been top-grade, which is only enhanced by Ōkubo's own directing, which has been some of the best in the entire show

ight that's about it for the SB artists t'noight

We've done SB artists, now it's time to observe the top 5 most recurring episode directors in MHA

Our 1st place for most recurring episode director goes to Tomo Ōkubo with 13 episodes and OPs 1 & 3
I already praised Ōkubo's directing in my post for their SBs, but it's also of note that Ōkubo was Assistant SD for S2's 2nd cour and chief episode director for S3's 1st cour

2nd place goes to Setsumu Dōkawa, with 13 episodes, though no OPs or EDs
I think this tweet here says everything about him I could possibly say, Dōkawa's basically the go-to big climax director of the show, with good reason https://twitter.com/sekysin/status/1335228078545661964

3rd place is Shōji Ikeno, only one episode behind putting his total count at 12
Crazy to think Ikeno joined in S3 and managed to rack up almost as much episodes as Ōkubo (around since S1) and Dōkawa (joined in S2)

Coming in at 4th place is Masashi Abe, with 8 episodes
Abe's history with the show is weird; he directed S1E9, vanished, came back and co-directed S3E23 with Ikeno, and fully became a regular in S4 (co-directed S4E13 with Dōkawa too)

Lastly in 5th place (no ties, thank the sakuga gods) comes Takudai Kakuchi with 6 episodes
Bit of a surprise for me since he was only a regular in S2 and dipped after storyboarding/directing S3E1, but it be like that

aight yeah that's all for the episode directors
not doing animation directors, MHA has a shitzillion ADs and that would kill me
