2. 45 days after the 2018 primaries an assessment was conducted with DNI and others

We likely didn’t hear about this because the framework was to be “classified in whole or in part” to protect “sensitive” information which keeps plans out of sight from bad actors in our gov.

Also note after the 45 day wait for assessment at that time the AG and others are to deliver report to POTUS.
