Over the course of the last two months, we released over 40 separate posts using #podcastsinmotion on LinkedIn. These are the basis of our new course coming out in January. (2/4)
Here's the process we used:
1. Developed an outline in Notion
2. Held brainstorming sessions to identify topics
3. Identified references & wrote notes on each topic
4. Assigned topics to each person to finalize
5. Wrote the posts in Notion and reviewed each other's work

6. Developed a schedule & published the posts on LinkedIn
Now we're building out the posts in longer form and enriching the posts with videos, images, audio clips and just a lot of examples.
