Brethren, did you know that the Chinese bamboo last 5years in the soil before any visible growth? After this period,it takes only 6weeks to grow up to 90feet! Mehn!When one of my pastors @HOTRphc shared this..I had to do research about it.
Some of us haven't trusted enough what is called growth process.The human nature by default, coupled with societal pressure, makes us super anxious than we ought to. We get tired & weary when there are no visible changes even when we put in so much effort.
Sometimes we feel like giving up & taking an entirely new path, but my friends, the success lies in enduring that growth process.
Everyone have the vision of being the best, richest, owning businesses, investments, having a successful relationships, career & so on but most of us don't want to endure the process & persevere for a long period.I have great news for you.
During the 5years period of the Chinese bamboo under the soil, have you wondered what must have been happening to the seed? 5years & viability of the seed remains without any visible growth above the soil?
If some of us were the seed, we'd probably have given up after 1/2yrs of trying to get things working at its best.During that 5yrs, the bamboo spends time growing downwards & building its root system & capacity to hold a massive structure (as its nature) without anyone noticing.
Although it grows daily during that 5yrs, no visible change is observed above the soil.
You need to understand that the daily effort you put towards pursuance of your set goals will yield results eventually if U persevere. Those uneasy effort builds U for your impending success.

You need to keep at it & trust the process. Focus on surviving the hardship,drought,unpleasant talks, depression etc with a view of your impending success.
Through that daily effort which no one is able to see a visible change in your life via what you are doing, you are simply building capacity for a massive success.
After the 5yrs period, the Chinese bamboo grows spontaneously up to 90 feet within 6weeks!90 feet in 6weeks after 5yrs of no noticeable change! This plant simply builds capacity to hold a tall & weighty structure for 5yrs.
You can imagine what would happen if a solid root system isn't built by it for a 90feet structure. Your success is imminent.But,that daily effort is key to you retaining & managing the dividends of your labour.
