Trump already filed a detailed complaint in intervention. He has jurisdiction suing as POTUS on behalf of the Government. This is the same in principle as a suit for breaches of fiduciary duties within a business trust / LLC: the Trustee / Director is the one who would have standing to sue, not the various members together. @realDonaldTrump is the chairman and CEO. It's up to him to put this right.
