It's crazy to think there was still no way to launch a PS5 in good supply. Even in the face of "easy money", PlayStation had no way to speed up: Design cycle -> Manufacturing -> Supply -> Demand. The future might seem bright with hardware waiting in the cloud. But won't it be more of the same? Server capacity issues. Bandwidth problems with the service or ISP.

I think about it all the people that are still dying to get next-gen hardware. Huge bummer.
So what's the solution? The easiest one within reach is funding a decent PC that's upgraded every 2-3 years. I realize that's not for everyone, but least you'll be able to play 90% of the games out there on the cutting-edge.
